		Asparron Team William J. Gedwed Bill Gedwed is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asparron Capital and has been Chairman of the Board of Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC, a majority-owned subsidiary of Asparron Capital since 2009. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthMarkets, a mid-sized health insurance company with over $2 billion in revenue located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, from 2003 to 2008 and served as a member of the HealthMarkets Board of Directors from 2000 through 2008. Prior to HealthMarkets, Bill served in various executive and director positions and as an investor in various companies including motor club services, data services and telecom services while prior to that he held executive positions with a major mining company and a mid-sized oil and gas producer. He also served on the Board of NMC Holdings, Inc., a privately held small business holding company from 1993 to 2009 and on the Board of the National Council for Policy Analysis from 2007 to 2010. In addition, Bill served on the Board for KIPP Dallas-Fort Worth, Inc., which administers one of the Knowledge is Power Program (KIPP) charter schools in Dallas, KIPP TRUTH Academy. Bill has a BS degree and an MBA from the University of Houston. Mark Hauptman Mark Hauptman is a consulting CPA, located in Grapevine, Texas, and is the Vice Chairman of Cosmetics Specialties International, LLC (www.csillc.com), a plastics manufacturing firm based in Oxnard, California, that specializes in packaging for the cosmetics industry. He previously served from 2006 to 2008 as Executive Vice President of the marketing arm of HealthMarkets, a mid-sized health insurance company with over $2 billion in revenue located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Prior to that role, Mark held various financial and accounting positions at HealthMarkets from 1988 to 2006, culminating in his service as the CFO and Chief Accounting Officer for HealthMarkets. He has well rounded experience in all areas of accounting, including SEC, GAAP, and statutory reporting, regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, management reporting, tax, internal audit, investment portfolio management, budgeting, and forecasting. He has a BS degree in accounting from Illinois State University. Raymond A. Keeney Ray Keeney has been a practicing corporate attorney for over 40 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private financings and advising corporate clients on routine business matters. He has also served in various management positions in the mining and oil and gas businesses. He has a BA degree from Yale College and a JD degree from George Washington University. Christopher W. Gedwed Chris Gedwed is a Product and Distribution Manager at Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC in Oxnard, California, and has served in various analyst and consulting positions with mortgage and financial investment companies, as well as, an international construction firm. He has a BS degree in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University and an MA degree in International Relations from Baylor University. Cheryl J. Cory Cheryl Cory is the Secretary for Asparron Capital and Cosmetic Specialties International, LLC, and assists CSI LLC with business and group insurance and its 401(k) plan. She served as an executive assistant to the President of HealthMarkets and with the National Motor Club of America and before that held various executive assistant positions with an interconnect company, a cabinet and flooring manufacturing company and several financial services companies. She was also a consultant for a telecommunications consulting firm, specializing in telephone systems for hotels. She has a BA degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and did graduate work in English at the University of Oklahoma.
