William J. (Bill) Gedwed
Bill Gedwed is President and Chief Executive Officer of Asparron Capital.  He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthMarkets, a mid-sized health insurance company located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, from 2003 to 2008 and served as a member of the HealthMarkets Board of Directors from 2000 through 2008. Prior to HealthMarkets, Bill served in various executive and director positions and as an investor in various companies including motor club services, data services and telecom services while prior to that he held executive positions with a major mining company and a mid-sized oil and gas producer. He has also served on the Board of NMC Holdings, Inc., a privately held small business holding company, since 1993 and on the Board of the National Council for Policy Analysis since 2007.  In addition, Bill serves as Chairman of the Board for KIPP TRUTH Academy, one of the Knowledge is Power Program (KIPP) charter schools in Dallas.  Bill has a BS degree and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Christopher W. Gedwed
Chris Gedwed has served in various analysts, sales, and consulting positions with mortgage and financial investment companies, as well as, an international construction firm. He has a BS degree in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University and an MA degree in International Relations from Baylor University.

Raymond Keeney
Ray Keeney has been a practicing corporate attorney for 36 years, specializing in mergers and acquisitions and private financings and also advising corporate clients on routine business matters. He has also served in various management positions in the mining and oil and gas businesses. He has a BA degree from Yale College and a JD degree from George Washington University.

Cheryl J. Cory
Cheryl Cory has served as an executive assistant to the President of HealthMarkets and with the National Motor Club of America and before that held various executive assistant positions with an interconnect company, a cabinet and flooring manufacturing company and several financial services companies. She was also a consultant for a telecommunications consulting firm, specializing in telephone systems for hotels.She has a BA degree from Oklahoma Baptist University and did graduate work in English at the University of Oklahoma.
